Luke xx. 35. They which shall be ac counted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry nor are given in marriage: 36. Neither can they die any more; for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.

As we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. Ver. 51. Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

2 Cor. v. 1. We know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. 2. For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven. 3. If so be, that being clothed

For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord, shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17. Then we which are alive and remain, shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air.
