A Fine of two cents per day will be incurred, for each day that a book is detained after the time allowed. Members will be entitled to the use of an Extra Book by paying $2,50 per year in advance, or one cent per day, payable when the book is returned. Other Extra Books at the same rate. Books are delivered only to Members, or to their Written Order. The Library is open daily, (Sundays and Holidays excepted,) from 7 1-2 A. M. to 9 P.
