The Quantity of this is more, but the Quality of that is the fame : For tho the Author found it necesary to add Paragraphs very frequently, and whole Chapters sometimes. He did not write at first with so little Thought as to need to alter it, Some fere Amendments excepted. And therefore the Poffeffors of the former Edition cannot think themsolves abused.
