The Quantity of this is more, but the Quality of that is the fame: For tho the Author found it neceffary to add Paragraphs very frequently, and whole Chapters fometimes. He did not write at first with fo little Thought as to need to alter it, fome few Amendments excepted. And therefore the Possessors of the former Edition cannot think themselves abused.
