That the sum of three thousand dollars a contingent fund or so much thereof as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Appropriation for treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be drawn upon of Immigration. ♬ the order of the Governor, and to be applied exclusively to the payment, for composing and printing of pamphlets and circulars, for postage, advertising, for and for forwarding printed matter under the provisions of an act entitled an act to organize a system for the promotion of immigration to the State of Minnesota, approved March fourth, eighteen hundred and sixtyfour.
