The only Que pocba. ftion is, whether it began with the beginning of the Reign of this Prince, or from the time of his Death, Alfraganus, Scaliger, Christmannus, and feveral o thers, compute from the time that Tezdejerd was vanquifh'd and flain by Othoman near the City of Merga. But the before-mentioned Vlug Begg, cited by Gra vins, deduces its Origin from the beginning of the Reign of that Prince. CHA P. XLVIII.
