Simon and St. Jude; St. Andrew, and upon Trinity-Sunday, shall be suing or said at Morning Prayer, instead of the Apostles Creed, this Confession of our Christian Faith, commonly called the Creed of St. Athanasius, by the Minister and Per ple standing

Neither confounding the persons : not dividing the substance.

For there is one person of the Father another of the Son, and another of the Holy Ghost.

But the Godhead of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost is all one: the . Glory equal, the Majesty co-eternal:

Such as the Father is, such is the Son and such is the Holy Ghost, Matt. 28. 19: i Fohn. 5. 7. Heb. 1. 3. Fohn 10. 30. Philip. 2. 6.

The Father uncreate, the Son uncreate, and the Holy Ghost uncreate, Gen. 1. 2. 3.

The Father incomprehensible, the Son incomprehenfible, and the Holy Ghost incomprehensible; 1 Tim. 6. 16.

The Father eternal, the Son eternal, and the Holy Ghost eternal, Deut. 33. 27. Psal. 90. 2.
