Clouds and darkness are round about Him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of His throne. He made darkness His secret place; His pavilion round about Him were dark waters and thick clouds of the skies. Thy lxxvii. way is in the sea, and Thy path in the great waters, and Thy footsteps are not known.

The Lord hath prepared His throne in the Ps.ciii. heavens and His kingdom ruleth over all. 19. For the kingdom is the Lord's: and He is the xxii.28 governor among the nations. Shall not the judge of all the earth do right? Justice and judgement are the habitation of Thy throne: mercy and truth shall before go Thy face. The King's strength also loveth lxxxix. judgment: Thou dost establish equity, Thou 14. executest judgment and righteousness in xcix. 4. Jacob.

O let the nations be glad and sing for joy : Ps. for Thou shalt judge the people righteously, lxvii.4. and govern the nations upon earth.
