For how great is His goodness, and how Zech. great is His beauty.

The earth is full of Thy riches. So is this Abundant great and wide sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts. These wait all upon Thee; that Thou mayest give them their meat in due season. Thou givest them they gather: Thou openest Thine hand, they are filled with good.

Oh that men would praise the Lord for His goodness, and for His wonderful works to the children of men! For He satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness. Such as sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, being bound in affliction and iron. Whoso is wise, and will observe these things, even they shall understand the lovingkindness of the Lord.

Thou, O God, didst send a plentiful rain, whereby Thou didst confirm Thine inheritance, when it was weary. Thy congregation hath dwelt therein Thou, O God, hast prepared of Thy goodness for the poor.

The Lord upholdeth all that fall, and Ps. raiseth up all those that be bowed down. The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon Him, 14, 18. to all that call upon Him in truth.
