1 John iv. 16. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love, dwelleth in God, and God in him.

1 Ezek. xvi. 7. q Psalm xiv. 3. They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

John iii. 8. He that committeth sin, is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning.

u 1 John i. 8. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

v Rom. vii. 23. But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin, which is in my members.

z John i. 47. Jesus saw Nathaniel coming to him, and saith of him, Behold an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile. Psalm xxxii. 2. Blessed is the man unto whom the Lord imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.
