Paraphrase.

He that under the shield of the Highest dwelleth, alway under the shadow of the Almighty abideth. I will say to the LORD "My protection, my strong defence, my GOD, in Thee will I trust." He shall Ideliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. My GOD, in Thee will I trust. He shall cover Thee with His feathers, and beneath His wings thou shalt hide in safety. Like a buckler shall be His faithfulness. Thou shalt not be affrighted for the terror of night; for the arrow that in daytime flieth; for the pestilence that in darkness walketh; for destruction that at noonday wasteth: a thousand shall fall beside thee, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. With thine eyes shalt thou behold it, the reward of the wicked. O LORD my GOD, Thou art my refuge. The most High is thy habitation, there shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling for the LORD, He shall give His angels charge over thee, and in all thy ways they shall keep thee.
