RELATING TO PUBLIC LANDS OF THE STATE.

SECTION 1. SEC. 2. Said board and commission shall keep a full and com- Record of plete record of their proceedings in separate records, one relating to Board, etc. appraisement, sale, lease and selection of lands; one relating to harbor lines, harbor areas, tide and shore lands. A clerk in the office of the Commissioner of Public Lands shall act as the secretary of said board and commissions, and their office shall be in the office of the Commissioner of Public Lands, and all records relating to said board and commissions of public lands of the state shall be kept in the office of the Commissioner of Public Lands, and shall be subject to public inspection. SEC. 3. Said Board of State Land Commissioners shall make all rules and regulations for carrying out the provisions of this act, regulations. not inconsistent with law, and the Commissioner of Public Lands shall act as chairman of said board and commissioners. (B. C., § 2132; P. § 8161.)
