DIRECTIONS TO THE BOOKBINDER.. The Synopsis to face page 8, and to be folded properly in, so as not to be injured when the book is bound up, or the leaves are cut and trimmed; an accident that has often happened already. - The Sketch of General Declension to front page 58, and the Orthometrical Table to be inserted opposite to page 263. As the Horal Diagram and Hindu Ecliptick are marked, they can hardly require any other directions than to secure them properly in the binding, that they may neither be concealed, tear, nor be cut or fall out afterwards. · The explanation for the latter must be neatly pasted on the back of it, in such a way, that this last paper may be kept clear of the necessary fold in the Ecliptick, the top of which should be placed on the inside of the book, while the other will appear as a common page of it.
