[Excessively rare. Arnold was accused of appropriating the public wagons of the State of Pennsylvania for his private use, together with John Mitchell, Deputy Quarter Master General. This piece constitutes the complete exhibit of letters and affidavits in the case laid before the Supreme Executive Council, together with the proceedings in the case of Matthew Clarkson, Aide-de-Camp to General Arnold. Evans located only one copy-that in the library of Congress.]
