This beautiful copy, has the title page illuminated, and is ruled with red lines. It is beautifully bound in red morocco

with red morocco lining, by C. Lewis. Copies on Large Paper are extremely rare. This edition contains a small addition

to the Life of James I. and also a short life of Charles I. not in the edition of 1615. There is also a new dedication and a new Table of Contents to this edition. This copy was formerly in the possession of Dr. Mead.
