OPENING. The Grand Secretary having reported to the M. E. Grand High Priest that a constitutional number of Chapters were represented by their officers or representatives, he proceeded to open the Grand Chapter in Ample Form. PRAYER. Solemn prayer was offered by the Grand Chaplain, after which the Grand High Priest declared the Grand Chapter duly opened and ready for the transaction of any legal busiiness that might come before it.
