The M. E. Grand Royal Arch Chapter of the State of Michigan assembled in Thirty-second Annual Convocation, at Masonic Hall in the City of East Saginaw, commencing at Noon on Tuesday, January 18, A. D. 1881, A. I. 2411.

*Appointed to fill vacancy occasioned by the removal from the Jurisdiction of Comp. REV. GEORGE D. E. MORTIMER.

The Grand Secretary reported that a constitutional number of Chapters had made proper returns, paid dues and were present by their Representatives, after which the Grand High Priest opened the Grand Chapter in Ample Form with solemn prayer by the Grand Chaplain.

CALLED OFF.

On motion of Comp. R. C. HATHEWAY, the Grand Chapter was called from labor to refreshment until 2 o'clock P. M.

FIRST DAY--Afternoon Session.

TUESDAY, January 18, 2 P. M.

Grand Chapter was called from refreshment to labor at 2 o'clock P. M., and declared by the Grand High Priest open and ready for the transaction of such business as would properly come before it.

REPORT OF COMMITTEE ON CREDENTIALS.

The Grand Secretary, ex-officio Committee on Credentials, presented the following report which on motion was accepted and recommitted to the Committee for any corrections that might appear

necessary:
