LORD JESU CHRIST, the only begotten Son of GOD, very GOD of very GOD; We pray Thee increase our faith in Thee; and as Thou didst hearken to the cry of the father in the Gospel who said, "LORD, I believe; help Thou mine unbelief;" even so hear us, we beseech Thee,

and grant that our belief in Thee

may be strengthened and confirmed, that no doubts may ever prevail to trouble us; but that we may always look up to Thee in all our troubles as our GOD and SAVIOUR; and trust in Thee with our whole souls; and worship Thee with reverence and devotion; Who, with the Father and the Holy Ghost, livest and reignest

LORD JESU CHRIST, Who for our sakes wast made man, that Thou mightest Thyself take our infirmities and bear our sicknesses; and Who on earth didst feel about doing good and healing all for Thy suffering people, and go kinds of sickness and disease amongst them; We pray Thee increase our faith in Thy goodness and love towards all for whom Thy precious blood was shed; that we may believe in Thy sympathy with us in all our difficulties and trials here, and take them all to Thee, in child

like trust that Thou wilt remove them if it seemeth good to Thee; or else, strengthen us to bear them; for Thy tender mercies' sake, Who, with the Father and the Holy Ghost, livest and reignest for ever and ever. Amen.
