The second volume has title, advertisement, contents (v-vi), list of plates (vii), and text (pp. 1-394). There are 20 full-page plates (Nos. iii. and v. coloured), and 2 wood engravings on leaf facing p. 282. A second edition of this volume was published in 1867.

The third volume contains title, contents, list of plates (iv), and text (pp. (1-362). There are 12 plates after Mr. Ruskin's drawings and a few woodcuts. A second edition of this volume appeared in 1867. See Slater's "Early Editions," 1894, p. 227.—ED.]
