I regret that the pamphlets containing the proceedings of the last annual meeting have not yet been published; they will be ready for distribution probably within two weeks. The material for the Big Tree Treaty Book is now in the hands of the printer and its appearance may very soon be expected. I desire to urge the Society to adopt an amendment to the constitution at this meeting, changing the time of the annual meetings to some milder season of the year.
