HE NINETEENTH annual meeting of the Livingston
County Historical Society was held at Music Hall, Dansville,
Tuesday, January 15th, 1895, 2 p. m., President Frank Fielder
presiding.

Minutes of last meeting read and approved.

The following named persons were proposed for membership in the Society and were on motion duly elected :

Reports from town committees were called for.

Mr. Hitchcock of Conesus made a report in writing.

Mr. Sears of Leicester made a verbal report.

Mr. Hampton of Ossian made a verbal report.

Mr. Kingsbury of Livonia made a verbal report.

On motion, the resignation of Andrew Kuder of Conesus was accepted.

On motion of Mr. Sanders, the memorial of Mrs. Stilwell to be prepared by Mr. Marshall was directed to be referred to commi ee on publication when received.

The following report in writing was received from the special committee having in charge the matter of the erection of a Soldiers Monument, and on motion the same was adopted:
