he Staffordshire Technical Instruction Committee are prepared to appoint a Lecturer in Metallurgy, who must be a specialist in Iron and Steel Manufacture, and must have had previous experience in Laboratory teaching. He will be required to devote his whole time to the work, to lecture at various towns in South Staffordshire, and also to conduct practical classes at a proposed central laboratory.
