Lord, hear our prayer,

And let our crying come before Thee.

OOK down, we beseech Thee, O Lord, upon

this dwelling, and drive far from it all snares of the enemy! Let Thy holy angels dwell in it, and preserve us in peace, and let Thy blessing ever be upon us; through our LORD and SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST. Amen.

GOD, the Maker and Redeemer of all mankind, grant to all Thy servants a merciful judgment at the last day, that they, in the face of all creatures, may then be acknowledged as Thy true children, through JESUS CHRIST our LORD. Amen.

GRANT, we beseech Thee, Almighty God,

that the words which we have heard this day with our outward ears, may through Thy grace be so grafted inwardly in our hearts, that they may bring forth in us the fruit of good living, to the honour and praise of Thy Name; through JESUS CHRIST Our LORD. Amen.

ALMIGHTY GOD, Who hast knit together Thine elect in one communion and fellowship in the mystical body of Thy Son CHRIST Our LORD, Grant us grace so to follow Thy blessed Saints in all virtuous and godly living, that we may come to those unspeakable joys which Thou hast prepared for them that unfeignedly love Thee; through JESUS CHRIST our LORD. Amen.

GOD, Merciful and Faithful, the aid of all that put their trust in Thee, keep safely under the shadow of Thy wings, ourselves, our relatives and friends, our benefactors and all true believers, even Thy whole Church, that we may enjoy Thy presence alway, and increase in Thy Holy Spirit more and more, till we come to Thine everlasting Kingdom; through our LORD and SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST. Amen.

THE Almighty and merciful Lord, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, bless, preserve, and sanctify us this night, henceforth and for ever. Amen.

THE grace of our Lord JESUS CHRIST, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Ghost, be with us all evermore. Amen.

OUR

UR Father, Which art in Heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, As it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, As we forgive them that trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation; But deliver us from evil: For Thine is the kingdom, The power, and the glory, For ever and Amen.

THE star of morn, to night succeeds,
We therefore meekly pray,

May God in all our words and deeds
Keep us from harm this day.

May He in love restrain us still

From tones of strife and words of ill,
And around and close our eyes
To earth's absorbing vanities.

wrap

So when the weary day is o'er,

And night and stillness come once more,
Blameless and clean from spot of earth,
We may repeat with reverend mirth,
Praise to the Father, as is meet,

Praise to the only Son,

Praise to the Holy Paraclete,

While endless ages run.

Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his

way?

Even by ruling himself after Thy word.

PSALM 1XXXV.

LORD, Thou art become gracious unto Thy land: Thou hast turned away the captivity of Jacob.

Thou hast forgiven the offence of Thy people : and covered all their sins.

:

Thou hast taken away all Thy displeasure and turned Thyself from Thy wrathful indignation. Turn us then, O God our Saviour: and let Thine anger cease from us.

:

Wilt Thou be displeased at us for ever and wilt Thou stretch out Thy wrath from one generation to another?

Wilt Thou not turn again, and quicken us : that Thy people may rejoice in Thee?

Shew us Thy mercy, O Lord

Thy salvation.

and grant us

I will hearken what the Lord God will say concerning me: for He shall speak peace unto His people, and to His saints, that they turn not again.

For His salvation is nigh them that fear Him: that glory may dwell in our land.

Mercy and truth are met together: righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

Truth shall flourish out of the earth and righteousness hath looked down from heaven.

1

Yea, the Lord shall shew loving-kindness: and our land shall give her increase.

:

Righteousness shall go before Him and He shall direct his going in the way.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son and to the Holy Ghost;

As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be world without end. Amen.

:

PSALM Ci.

My song shall be of mercy and judgment: unto Thee, O Lord, will I sing.

O let me have understanding: in the way godliness.

of

When wilt Thou come unto me: I will walk in my house with a perfect heart.

I will take no wicked thing in hand; I hate the sins of unfaithfulness: there shall no such cleave unto me.

A froward heart shall depart from me: I will not know a wicked person.

:

Whoso privily slandereth his neighbour him will I destroy.

Whoso hath also a proud look and high stomach I will not suffer him.

Mine eyes look upon such as are faithful in the land that they may dwell with me.

:

Whoso leadeth a godly life: he shall be my

servant.

There shall no deceitful person dwell in my house he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight.
